The
Central Alberta Aquatic Centre is a collaboration of aquatic user
groups that exists to promote and facilitate the construction
of a multi-use aquatic facility in Red Deer.
CAAC sees a new aquatic centre as an important component to facilitating the quality of life and personal wellness to the citizens of Red Deer and surrounding area.
Once built, the
Multi-Use Aquatic Centre will be a large facility, which will allow for a variety of aquatic-related uses and programs for exercise, therapeutic, cultural and recreational uses.
Funding for the Centre is expected to come from government grants, user groups, and private donations.
We are committed to keeping the public informed about progress
